Hi, I’m a self-proclaimed “crunchy” mom with a passion for mindful living. I’m the type to flip over every label — from food to bath products — scrutinizing each ingredient with a careful eye. My days are often filled with reading non-fiction books (especially those on health and wellness), cooking up wholesome meals, and hiking through nature with my family.

The name One of Them Herbal Wives was inspired by a popular social media video where a man humorously talks about having “one of them herbal wives.” My husband playfully started calling me his “herbal wife” because of my love for creating natural potions and remedies — and the name stuck!
